The closest I did to ordering was receiving an order number, yet I have yet to have an e-mail response! (Without divulging too much, I was required to give a different forme of contact, but I used one that is 'dead.' That choice was probably for the better; the language barrier would have been very embarrassing if the contact forme I picked was 'alive.'
